30 hari MC
Oh..sakit tekak yang perit aritu dah baik..dalam 2-3 hari sakitnya..Alhamdulillah...dan jahitan di perut pun semakin pulih...tapi sepanjang 16 hari tuh memang rumah ini duniaku tak keluar rumah...nasib baik ade internet + TM Unifi +HyppTV (IPTV) memang tak memboringkan ..malah masa ku sentiasa terisi..
Seronok jugak tengok HyppTV nih..my favourite channels are BBC Knowledge, Travel Channel, BBC Lifestyle + Warner TV...Aku plak jenis suka tengok dokumentari especially cooking show / gardening show....Walaupon tak pasang Astro / takleh nengok NGC, Discovery & History Channel, at least BBC mengubat rindu pada rancangan-rancangan informative...Rindu plak kat TV UK..isk isk...
Cuti sebulan nih di samping berehat dari kerja-kerja office yang tak pernah nya habis, aku ambik peluang kemaskini fail-fail (softcopy) dalam komputer /buat back up semua nota-nota ku ..sebab memang nak pakai semua nota untuk mengajar / buat design .... ye lah kan nak buat benda lain x boleh (Dr tak kasi buat kerja berat selama 3 bulan).....tapi pergi dapur aku boleh dah..cuma bab berkebun je belum boleh lagi..
Hehehe..kalau ku jadik jutawan kan best takyah keje tapi bulan-bulan duit masuk ribu riban ..duk umah best gak ek..Pagi berkebun tanam sayur + petik sayur utk makan..pastu masak ..pastu tengok TV ke atau membaca ke. pastu main facebook...menjahit ke..I luv gardening so much and I hope someday I'll have my own piece of land to grow my own organic vegetables...
Baju utk masuk keja nanti pun ku dah siap-siap gosok utk 3 minggu masa sebelum operate aritu..so nanti masuk keja nanti utk 3 minggu pertama x yah basuh baju + gosok baju...

Sakit Tekak
From internet:
I just had surgery and my throat hurts, should I be concerned?
Answer:
Your throat hurts after surgery for two reasons.
First, you may be dehydrated, since you weren't allowed to eat or drink before surgery and you are allowed minimal food and fluids after surgery.
Second, during general anesthesia, an endotracheal tube is put into your mouth and down your throat, a process called intubation. This tube is then attached to the ventilator to help you breathe during surgery.
The tube can be irritating to the vocal cords, both during the surgery and during the insertion process.
What do I do about my sore throat?
Normal sore throat care including minimal speaking, drinking lots of fluids and over-the-counter remedies should do the trick within a few days. If your sore throat persists more than a week, consider consulting your surgeon or another doctor. Permanent throat or vocal cord injury is rare, but it is one of the risks of anesthesia.
===================================================================Aku :
Ok...the problem I'm having now since the surgery has been with my throat...somehow during the intubation my uvulva (anak tekak) took a hit and is quite swollen and bruised at the bottom...Sakit dan perit masa nak makan (yang peliknya aku still berselera nak makan walaupun sakit tekak setiap kali nak makan - Seriously time nih roti bakar yang dah sejuk pun ku nampak sedap..kalau tak sebab sakit tekak nih mau 10 keping ku telan tapi sebab sakit tekak, mampu makan 3-4 keping je tu pun makan bersulam air)..Satu lagi yang pelik..luka kat perut dah kering dan semakin baik..tetapi sakit tekak ni la plak...Ingatkan perut yang sakit tapi tekak plak sakit.
Immediately lepas surgery memang husband cakap mulut aku penuh air liur + darah skit & apparently doc said darah tu mungkin sebab anak tekak ku terluka masa nak masuk endotracheal tube tuh...Masa sehari dua lepas surgery, anak tekak (uvulva) tu kelihatan putih dan macam kejung (memanjang) - setiap kali makan rasa nak tertelan je anak tekak tu..tapi masa tuh x perit tekak..la ni putih kat tekak dah berkurang..tapi jadik merah + perit tekak..aduilaaa....
Sekarang ni duk kumur air garam...Sbenarnya sakit tekak ku sekarang ni rasanya perit disebabkan luka tuh dan rasa sakitnya lain daripada sakit tekak sebab demam biasa...Aiseh nak tunggu luka pada anak tekak baik la pulakk..

BrandMakerNews dug deep into Oprah Winfrey’s own words to reveal 10 success secrets that will help you on your path as an entrepreneur. Let Oprah’s powerful quotes inspire you to shatter barriers in your way, as you work hard to build your own unstoppable brand.
Oprah’s Success Secrets Revealed: Ten Ways To Have Unprecedented Success…
1. Have A Clear Sense Of Purpose.
“As you become more clear about who you really are, you’ll be better able to decide what is best for you – the first time around.”
“I don’t think of myself as a poor deprived ghetto girl who made good. I think of myself as somebody who from an early age knew I was responsible for myself, and I had to make good.”
“I always knew I was destined for greatness.”
“You are built not to shrink down to less but to blossom into more.”
“Every time you suppress some part of yourself or allow others to play you small, you are in essence ignoring the owner’s manual your creator gave you and destroying your design.”
2. Be Thankful For What You Have.
“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.”
“You can have it all. You just can’t have it all at once.”
3. Live Fearlessly.
“I believe that every single event in life happens in an opportunity to choose love over fear.”
“I have a lot of things to prove to myself. One is that I can live my life fearlessly.”
“There’s no easy way out. If there were, I would have bought it. And believe me, it would be one of my favorite things!”
“I believe that uncertainty is really my spirit’s way of whispering, I’m in flux. I can’t decide for you. Something is off-balance here.”
“Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity. Don’t fight them. Just find a different way to stand.”
“I believe that one of life’s greatest risks is never daring to risk.”
4. Fall In Love With Learning.
“Books were my pass to personal freedom. I learned to read at age three, and soon discovered there was a whole world to conquer that went beyond our farm in Mississippi.”
“All these years I’ve been feeling like I was growing into myself. Finally, I feel grown.”
“I am a woman in process. I’m just trying like everybody else. I try to take every conflict, every experience, and learn from it. Life is never dull.”
5. Embrace the Moment.
“Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.”
“Do the one thing you think you cannot do. Fail at it. Try again. Do better the second time. The only people who never tumble are those who never mount the high wire. This is your moment. Own it.”
“Follow your instincts. That’s where true wisdom manifests itself.”
“Every day brings a chance for you to draw in a breath, kick off your shoes, and dance.”
“Energy is the essence of life. Every day you decide how you’re going to use it by knowing what you want and what it takes to reach that goal, and by maintaining focus.”
“You can take from every experience what it has to offer you. And you cannot be defeated if you just keep taking one breath followed by another.”
“I don’t believe in failure. It is not failure if you enjoyed the process.”
6. Make Excellence Your Goal.
“Doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment.”
“Excellence is the best deterrent to racism or sexism.”
“I feel that luck is preparation meeting opportunity.”
“I believe the choice to be excellent begins with aligning your thoughts and words with the intention to require more from yourself.”
“Be more splendid, more extraordinary. Use every moment to fill yourself up.”
“The key to realizing a dream is to focus not on success but significance – and then even the small steps and little victories along your path will take on greater meaning.”
7. Empower Those Around You.
“For everyone of us that succeeds, it’s because there’s somebody there to show you the way out.”
“I don’t think you ever stop giving. I really don’t. I think it’s an on-going process. And it’s not just about being able to write a check. It’s being able to touch somebody’s life.”
“Let your light shine. Shine within you so that it can shine on someone else. Let your light shine.”
8. Invest in Meaningful Relationships.
“The roses, the lovely notes, the dining and dancing are all welcome and splendid. But when the Godiva is gone, the gift of real love is having someone who’ll go the distance with you. Someone who, when the wedding day limo breaks down, is willing to share a seat on the bus.”
“I believe that [everyone] is the keeper of a dream – and by tuning into one another’s secret hopes, we can become better friends, better partners, better parents, and better lovers.”
“I’m so tired of the chairs. For me, it’s about getting out of the chairs and into the hearts of people’s lives. I want to expand Americans’ views of other people in the world.”
9. Be Comfortable Being You.
“Often we don’t even realize who we’re meant to be because we’re so busy trying to live out someone else’s ideas. But other people and their opinions hold no power in defining our destiny.”
“I’ve come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that’s as unique as a fingerprint – and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.”
“It is confidence in our bodies, minds and spirits that allows us to keep looking for new adventures, new directions to grow in, and new lessons to learn – which is what life is all about.”
“I still have my feet on the ground, I just wear better shoes.”
10. Recognize The Power Of Your Brand.
“Now I accept that I’m a brand. Part of my own personal growth is recognizing that.”
“Playing small doesn’t serve me. The truth is, I want millions of people. I’m not one of those people who says, ‘Oh, if I change just one person’s life … Nope, not satisfied with just a few. I want millions of people!”
Armed with quotes and success secrets from Oprah Winfrey, one of the world’s richest and most powerful women, you can go out and blaze your own path to unprecedented success.
Be great!
